This form is used when the tenants do not have sufficient income to pay their own rent. If tenants are entering into a joint lease and one tenant requires a guarantor to be approved, then all tenants are required to have a guarantor . Please ask your son/daughter for the property address that they are planning to rent and when their lease start date will be. Fill in your son/daughter's name as the tenant. You will have to provide some personal information and this form must be notarized to be valid.
